About App version and feature information

Live stream won’t play: Check your internet connection and try again. Live TV requires a stable connection. If the issue persists, force-close the app and reopen it, or email us with your device model and network type.
Saved stories disappeared: Saved articles are tied to your account where sign-in is enabled. Make sure you are logged in with the same account. If you recently changed devices, sign in again to restore your library.
How do I delete my account?: Visit our delete account & data page for full instructions and to submit a deletion request by email.
